First Payment 10% of purchase price within four (4) calendar months of date of signing the Reservation Contract by purchaser(s)
Second Payment 10% of purchase price within seven (7) calendar months of date of signing the Reservation Contract by purchaser(s)
Third Payment 10% of purchase price within ten (10) calendar months of date of signing the Reservation Contract by purchaser(s)
Fourth Payment 10% of purchase price within thirteen (13) calendar months of date of signing the Reservation Contract by purchaser(s)
Fifth Payment 10% of purchase price within sixteen (16) calendar months of date of signing the Reservation Contract by purchaser(s)
Six Payment 10% of purchase price within nineteen (19) calendar months of date of signing the Reservation Contract by purchaser(s)
Seventh Payment 10% of the purchase price within twenty two (22) calendar months of date of signing the Reservation Contract by the purchaser(s)
Final Payment 20% of the purchase price on the Completion Date (as defined in the Sales and Purchase Agreement)
