With the advantage of R&D, Xintop has one R&D center, which has integrated with product design, manufacturing engineering, product validation, customized tooling design and manufacturing. Our R&D center has been awarded as Jiaxing municipal R&D center in 2016. It has a team of rich-experienced engineers in the field of automotive air conditioning electromagnetic clutch.
    Xintop develops products in accordance with the requirements of IATF16949, and follow the APQP development process. Xintop develops from the 5 sections, which are planning definition, product design and development, process design and development, design process validation and feedback, assessment and corrective measures. Meanwhile, we use 3D solid modeling and CAE simulation software to do analysis and assessment.  In this way, we realized the concurrent design of product and process, strengthen information communication, shorten product development cycle, and improve products’ quality. Xintop could develop mold independently and has the ability to manufacture, thus can provide customers professional developing service technical exchange.
    Xintop is in the leading position in the industry with the ability to test comprehensive performance of the product. Our company has a number of advanced experimental equipment, including Torsion Fatigue Test Bench, Vibration Test Bench, Clutch Static Torque Test Bench, Compressor Durability Test Bench, universal Tension/Pressure Test Bench, and Temp. & Humidity Test Chamber etc.
    At present, Xintop already has 20 national patent products. We will continue to take development as the core in the future, to strengthen the R & D capability system, technological innovation , increase investment in R&D, and speed up to produce high quality products to enhance our competitiveness in the market .
